Shipping policy
Harvest & Bloom products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During product launches, sales, etc processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within New Zealand
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packed and shipped.
All deliveries are made via courier.
If there are any unexpected stock or shipping delays, we will notify you.
We will update our website with any nationwide or regional postal delays beyond our control.
Please make sure to select the correct shipping delivery option at checkout for your address ie, Standard or Rural. You may experience a delay to your order if incorrect.
Shipping Costs:
Standard New Zealand $12
Rural New Zealand $16
Orders of $150.00 and over qualify for FREE SHIPPING to any New Zealand street address.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
To prevent delays, please provide a correct street address and contact phone number.
Harvest & Bloom is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
If your order does not arrive following your courier shipping confirmation, please reach out and I will follow this up with the courier provider.
Harvest & Bloom is not responsible for any packages marked as “delivered” by the courier provider. Should your item be wrongly delivered please reach out as soon as possible so I can follow this up for you.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside of New Zealand.
Exchanges & Returns
If your product arrives damaged, or incorrect we are happy to offer an exchange. However because of the nature of our products all sales are final we do not offer refunds.
Eligibility for Exchanges
We offer a full exchange if your product is damaged upon arrival beyond safe practical use. Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s usability does not qualify for an exchange.
Due to the natural nature of our products, minor variations in color or texture from batch to batch may occur however ratios remain the same. These natural variations do not qualify for an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange the product must be unused.
We do not provide exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or dislike of texture or fragrance.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Returns due to incorrect items received will be exchanged for the correct items ordered.

Include the following details in your email:
Your name and order number
The product name
A photo of the damaged or incorrect product
Proof of purchase
I will respond within 2 business days and supply return instructions if accepted.
Once the returned product is received, your exchange will be processed.
Customers are responsible for all initial return shipping costs to us.
Return Shipping & Conditions
Products must be returned to us within 5 days of an accepted return request.
Accepted incorrect orders or damaged product returns will have the cost of return shipping reimbursed to them when their exchange is processed.
We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery.
If the item is not returned to us in its received condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
