Harvest & Bloom was born from a journey of reconnection back to self, to the plants and to honoring the healing wisdom of our ever changing seasons.
“What began as a quiet personal practice, creating whole plant infused oils to help find healing for my sensitive skin and spirit grew a deeper connection with the plants and their healing wisdom. Out of this connection came a very special collection of handcrafted herbal offerings designed to nurture both skin and soul.”
We proudly create artisanal, hand crafted, small batch herbal goods rooted in cycles of healing. Each formulation is made the slow way with intention and care, created with heirloom herbs grown in our garden and locally sourced ingredients. Our founding values of quality, efficacy and respect for mother earth are the guiding light for every step of the process.
Each product is a reflection of my belief that skincare should be as alive and pure as the plants themselves. Thoughtfully chosen herbs and ingredients embody the transparency, trust and care at the foundation of Harvest & Bloom.
In today's fast paced world, we all need moments to slow down and reconnect. Harvest & Bloom was created to offer those moments our herbal products are nourishing anchors that invite stillness and encourage rituals of care for the mind, body, and soul.
My heart offering to you, herbal skin and soul care as ritual, crafted with intention, to support your skin and soothe your spirit.
May you find moments to pause, to tend and to bloom.
Founder, Formulator, Gardener and lover of the natural world whether that’s hands in the soil or out exploring somewhere in our big beautiful backyard at the top of the south island with my wonderful partner Scott and husky in tow.
My love and curiosity for the plant world began as a child, I have special memories of wandering the garden with my late mum Rona. My beautiful mum showed me that by collecting marigold seeds and sowing them again come spring time golden blooms would show there joyful faces and fill the garden with there beauty. To me, Mum imparted the philosophy to sow one seed is to believe in the possibility of what it may become. What is nurtured with patience, care and intention eventually becomes the harvest.
This memory, the golden marigolds and this philosophy are all part of the origin story woven through out Harvest & Bloom, its in our name and marigold symbol, its at the core of our self care ethos.
I deeply believe that the plants are so much more than remedies or ingredients; they are our wise teachers, healers and companions. In tending to them in my garden, I have learned to slow down, to listen, to trust in the unseen and to honor the process.

I have come to find that the natural cycles of the plants beautifully mirror life’s seasonal healing rhythms. The growing, the blooming, the harvest, the composting and the renewal again.
Currently, my days begin with a morning walk alongside our wild hearted husky, Blue, followed by time in the garden tending the herbs or crafting in the apothecary. My go to ritual at the moment is settling in for some restoring self care with Earthen Clay. I love how the scent starts off with a lift of rose geranium, then softens into the beautiful, calming aroma of chamomile. It’s a ritual I look forward to every week, one that gently cleanses, calms, and balances my skin while grounding my spirit.
These simple, rituals continue to inspire every offering I share, reminding me and hopefully you that plant centered healing is slow, intentional, and deeply nourishing.
From my love and connection to marigolds as a child, to sowing them in the sunlit Harvest & Bloom gardens in Motueka, my true hope is that these special offerings slowly hand crafted with our vibrant herbs, help re-connect you with your inner beauty, resilience and the gentle healing wisdom of the plants.
Thank you so much for being here, I invite you to explore our offerings and to find your own quiet rituals of reconnection.
